COMMITTEE MEETINGS
The committee meets on the 2nd Monday of the month at 10.00 AM and all members are welcome to attend .Meetings are held at the workshop.
PAINT DAYS

There are painting days at the workshop
each Monday to assist beginners or members who feel that they need
a little help, a senior artist will be in attendance between 10 am and noon .Members are welcome to stay on and paint for the full day if they wish.
This day is open to all even if you do not require any help or instruction.
A $4.00 fee is charged to cover use of
workshop and refreshments .
ART MATERIALS
Boards and Oil and Acrylic paints are available
to members at discounted prices.
LIBRARY
The workshop has a library with various aspects of Art represented in the books and videos. These have been chosen with a view to helping members develop and improve their style. Members may borrow books and videos for a maximum period of two (2) weeks. Please ensure that you fill out the cards with the correct details.
EXHIBITIONS
From time to time the Society holds various
exhibitions where the artist has the opportunity to display and offer their
work for sale .These are for members only.
TUTORS AND DEMONSTRATIONS
Several times during the year, tutors of some repute are available to teach and
demonstrate at a very moderate
cost to the individual. These tutorials and demonstrations are usually advertised in the Society
Newsletter and on the workshop noticeboard .
As the numbers must be limited we advise
you book early and please forward your fees with your booking.
ART CLASSES
Half day Classes in Drawing, Watercolour, Beginners/Improvers, Painting all mediums and Pastel are available each week at only $12 session. Details in the Newsletter
SOCIAL EVENTS
Social events will be organised at the
General Meetings and where possible detailed in the Newsletter sent out
to you every three (3) months. Details will also be found on the workshop
noticeboard.
